Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order. In Israel, courier delivery takes up to 21 business days, and in-store pickup takes 14 business days. This period starts on the day after final approval of the transaction by the paying entity. Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, holidays, the intermediate days of Jewish festivals, and official days of rest. Delivery times are estimates and are subject to the Terms of Use. For delivery outside Israel, please contact us to check delivery times.

Our jewelry is made of 14K / 18K gold and is available in yellow, white, and rose gold.

Many of our pieces feature lab-grown diamonds. Natural diamonds are also available for many designs, with a corresponding price adjustment. The options are shown on each product’s page.

For resizing, you must bring the jewelry to the Company’s offices in person. The Company may charge for resizing, and shipping after resizing is subject to the Company’s usual shipping fees. Any resizing is subject to being possible without damaging the jewelry; we recommend avoiding large size changes that could affect the ring’s structure.

Shipping within Israel is free on purchases over NIS 1,000. Shipping fees for orders that do not qualify for free shipping are displayed at checkout. Returning an item by courier for any reason other than a proven product defect, including for readjustment, costs NIS 50 each way in Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, and Givatayim, or NIS 100 each way elsewhere in Israel. For resizing, you must bring the jewelry in person, as explained above.

Yes, you can choose free in-store pickup from our store at Shenkin 52, Tel Aviv. Pickup is by prior arrangement and only after you receive notification that your jewelry is ready. Opening hours: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30–18:00; Friday, 09:30–14:30. We recommend confirming the opening hours by calling +972 52-911-3535.

Yes. For orders to the United States, everything is included in the price, including shipping and customs duties. Orders to other destinations may be subject to additional charges, so please contact us before placing your order.

Cancellation and return eligibility depend on the type of jewelry and the circumstances of the transaction, in accordance with applicable law and the Website’s Terms of Use. The Terms of Use include exceptions, such as custom jewelry, engraving, and alterations requested by the Purchaser. Before ordering, please review the full list of exceptions and the conditions for cancellation, cancellation fees, and product returns. Except in special cases communicated to the Purchaser, the warranty covers manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. It does not cover loss or theft; damage from unreasonable use, heavy impact, pulling, chemicals, or skin reactions; repairs, alterations, or cleaning by a third party not acting on our behalf and any resulting damage; or diamonds or gemstones weighing more than 0.10 carats falling out, being lost, or becoming detached.
