Each piece of jewelry is made to order. Your purchase will be delivered by a courier selected by the Company, or collected in person if you selected that option when ordering.

Delivery times

Courier delivery in Israel: up to 21 business days. In-store pickup: 14 business days. The delivery period starts on the day after final approval of the transaction by the credit card processor or paying entity. No product will be supplied before payment has been received in full.

Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, holidays, the intermediate days of Jewish festivals, and official days of rest.

Shipping fees

Shipping within Israel is free on purchases over NIS 1,000. Shipping fees for orders that do not qualify for free shipping are displayed at checkout.

Returning an item by courier for any reason other than a proven product defect, including for readjustment, costs NIS 50 each way in Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, and Givatayim, or NIS 100 each way elsewhere in Israel.

Shipping outside Israel

Orders to the United States: everything is included in the price, including shipping and customs duties.

Receiving your delivery

You must receive the jewelry from the courier in person. The Company is not responsible for theft or loss of shipments if the Purchaser chooses not to receive them in person. Delivery will be made only to an adult who identifies themselves using the Purchaser’s identity card and the credit card used for the transaction, and signs to confirm receipt of the products in proper condition.

Deliveries to certain areas or addresses may be restricted, depending on the courier’s policy. If an address is in an area where access is restricted for security reasons, the Company may agree with the Purchaser on delivery to a nearby location.

In-store pickup

Pickup is from the Company’s store at Shenkin 52, Tel Aviv, by prior arrangement and only after you receive notification that your jewelry is ready. Please do not arrive before receiving that notification or outside the agreed hours. Collection is subject to a signature confirming receipt of the products in proper condition.

Opening hours: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30–18:00; Friday, 09:30–14:30. Hours may change, so we recommend confirming them by calling +972 52-911-3535.

Delays and inquiries

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to changes in inventory or at suppliers, security conditions, force majeure, a pandemic, strikes, access restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s control. The Website’s Terms of Use set out the provisions on liability for delays, transaction cancellation, and refunds.
