A. Definitions

“User”: Any person browsing or viewing the Website.

“Purchaser”: Any person registering on the Website and/or requesting to purchase a product offered for sale on the Website and/or who has purchased a product and/or submitted an offer to purchase a product, as well as any person who has started the purchase process, whether through the Website itself or by telephone. The Company is committed to protecting Users’ privacy and acts in accordance with applicable law, including Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (the “Law”), and the regulations issued under it, including following Amendment No. 13. The Company considers it important that Purchasers understand what information is collected when they use the Website, how the Company uses that information, and their rights regarding it.

This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Website’s Terms of Use and the terms defined therein, which are accessible at www.amitpasha.com.

D. Providing information and accepting the terms

Neither you nor any other person is under any legal or other obligation to open a user account, purchase products, and/or provide personal information to the Company. Providing information is voluntary and subject to your full consent.

It includes, among other things, the Purchaser’s name, full address, telephone number, username, password, and email address. Additional information may be requested when opening an account in the future.

When you make a purchase on the Website, the Company collects “personal information,” as defined in the Law, that is necessary to complete the transaction. This includes, among other things, the Purchaser’s name, full address, telephone number (including the details of third parties who are to receive the shipment), username, password, credit card or payment method details (number, expiration date, security code, etc.), and your email address, as well as any information required by the credit card company to process the transaction.

When you add content, such as a product review or a service inquiry, the Company collects “personal information” relating and relevant to the content you have added and the nature of your inquiry.

The Company collects additional information you provide when communicating with it through different channels, including email, direct mail, Website inquiries, telephone calls, mobile messages including WhatsApp, and any other means of communication.

The Company’s databases containing Purchasers’ and/or Users’ personal information are hosted on servers located at the Company’s offices and on servers of third-party cloud storage providers outside the Company.

I. Disclosure of information to third parties

Right of access: You have the right, upon request, to access the information collected about you in our database.

Right to correction and deletion: If the information collected is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or out of date, you have the right to request its correction or deletion.

Exercising your rights: To exercise your rights of access, correction, or deletion, you must submit a written request to the designated email address, care@amitpasha.com, or through a mechanism designated for that purpose on the Website. We are required to respond to your request in accordance with the Law.

Every request to access, correct, or delete information must include your name, telephone number, address, email address, and the information you wish to access, correct, or delete. You may ask another person to access the information on your behalf; in that case, you must attach a specific and express power of attorney for that purpose.
